Fresh Homemade Salsa (gluten free | keto | paleo)

We love this goof proof Salsa recipe. It is loaded with fresh, juicy tomatoes, onion, Serrano chilies, Cilantro and lime juice. This salsa is best when tomatoes are in season.

INGREDIENTS

8 Roma tomatoes, chopped

2 white onions, chopped (You can substitute any combination of red, white or Vidalia onions)

2 Serrano chilies, finely diced with seeds (For hotter salsa add more peppers)

2 Tablespoon of fresh chopped Cilantro leaves

1 teaspoon sea salt

Juice of 1/2 of a lime

Mix all ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
