Crab Salad (Low-carb |Keto|Gluten Free)

This is an easy no-cook recipe. It is a very versatile dish that can be added on top of a bed of greens, stuffed in avocado or used as dip. If you have fresh crab available, you're going to want to make this delicious salad.
Ingredients
1 lb fresh crab meat
8 ounces organic cream cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. I like to use an immersion blender for a nice and smooth consistency.
2. Chop crab meat into bite size pieces if necessary.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve cold.
