Here are simple breathing techniques you can try:
4-7-8: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds.
Alternate Nostril: Hold your right nostril closed while breathing through the left. Now alternate and hold your left nostril closed while breathing through your right nostril. Focus on your breath, relax, and inhale slowly.
Pursed Lip: Inhale through your nose and exhale through pursed lips (like you are blowing a kiss).
